I reserve the right to decline a project if the material does not fit my skillset or if the content is hateful, discriminatory, or violates VGen's policies. By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.Service Overview:I provide professional mixing and mastering services tailored for VTubers and content creators. Each project includes 1 mixed and mastered stereo WAV file (48kHz 24-bit), ready for streaming and distribution.PAYMENTS
Payments are handled securely through VGen.Full payment is required upfront (as per VGen's Custom order policy) to begin work on your project.
The base price is quoted in PLN (Polish ZÅ‚oty). The final amount in your currency will be calculated by VGen.
All prices are final unless additional paid add-ons are agreed upon during the revision process.WORKFLOW
1. Submission: You submit a request through the VGen form.Please include:All raw audio files (vocals, instrumentals, etc.).
A reference track (optional, but helpful) - a song that represents the sound you want.
Any specific notes or ideas for the mix.2. Review & Confirmation: I will review your files and confirm if everything is in order. If anything is missing, I'll contact you.3. First Mix: I will begin working on your track. Within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), I will deliver the first mixed version for your review.4. Revision Round: You listen to the mix and provide feedback. You have 5 of minor revisions included. (e.g., "Could you make the vocals a bit louder?" or "Can we reduce the reverb a little?").Major changes (like re-recording vocals or a completely new arrangement) may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed.5. Final Delivery: After applying the final tweaks, I will export the mastered track and deliver the final high-quality WAV file to you via VGen.TAT
Standard delivery is within 3-5 business days after accepting the request.REVISIONS
2 free revisions round is included in the base price. This is for minor, specific adjustments (e.g., level changes, small EQ tweaks).
Major changes (e.g., re-recording vocals, changing the entire song arrangement, requesting a completely different mix style after approval) are not included in the free revision and will be quoted as a new project or a paid add-on.
Any additional revision rounds beyond the first one can be purchased via the "Extra Mix Revision" add-on.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership: You, the client, retain 100% ownership of your original audio files (vocals, instrumental) and the final mixed song. You are free to use it for any purpose (YouTube, streaming, etc.).
My Rights: I reserve the right to use the final mixed song (or portions of it) in my portfolio, on my social media, and as examples of my work (unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the order is placed). I also retain ownership of my mix settings and processing chain.
Copyright: You guarantee that you own all the necessary rights to the music and vocal tracks you submit. I am not liable for any copyright claims or issues arising from your material.REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital services and custom work, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun.Before work starts: If you cancel the order before I have begun working on it, a full refund can be issued (subject to VGen's policies).
After work has started: Once I have begun mixing your track, no refunds can be issued. This is because time and creative effort have already been invested.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the direction of the mix, please use your free revision round to provide clear feedback. I will do my best to accommodate your requests. If an agreement cannot be reached, I may offer to cancel the project, but a refund for the work already completed will not be issued.COMMUNICATION
All primary communication regarding the project should occur through VGen's messaging system. This keeps everything organized and serves as a record.
I will typically respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
Please provide feedback on mixes in a clear and timely manner. If I don't hear back from you for an extended period (e.g., 2 weeks), I may consider the project complete and deliver it as-is.
